Do you want a role where your people skills make a real difference?We are looking for :A new Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role,
you’ll be the vital link between our beneficiaries and our global network of medical and security professionals ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.ResponsabilitiesSupport members with healthcare and security queries.Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.About youStrong organisational and critical thinking skills.A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.Excellent written and spoken Italian and English required.Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable.Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.By joining International SOS, you will contribute to a global network dedicated to protecting people and organisations.
