The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining seamless service delivery and hotel standards.
/p /brul /brlimanaging staff across various departments /li /brlideveloping and implementing operational strategies /li /brlioffering employee training to maintain quality standards /li /brlicollaborating with department heads to track performance metrics and continually improve the guest experience.
/li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications /h3 /brul /brliStrong background in Operations Management, with experience overseeing hotel departments and managing daily workflows.
/li /brliProven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and drive Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a world-class guest experience.
/li /brliExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with team members, guests, and stakeholders.
/li /brliExperience in Training and developing staff to achieve high standards in service and professionalism.
/li /brliProblem-solving abilities and adeptness in handling challenges in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
/li /brlixysqume Familiarity with hospitality industry software and operational systems is an advantage.
