/ppAdminister pre and post-event feedback forms to assess effectiveness.
/ppCollaborate with staff to develop lesson plans and contribute to new program initiatives.
/ppPromote programs by networking within the community and attending meetings.
/ppRefer service members and families to appropriate support services.
/ppManage event logistics, ensuring materials and coordination are in place for workshops and retreats.
/ph3Requirements: /h3ulliMust be a U.S. citizen and proficient in English.
/liliMaster's degree in Divinity, Counseling, Social Work, Education, or a related field, or be a retired U.S. Military Service Member with 20 years of service and relevant experience.
/liliCertification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) in programs like ASIST, safeTALK, and The Gottman Institute's relationship training.
/liliAt least two years of experience in facilitation, counseling, education, or a related role.
/liliStrong skills in event coordination, group leadership, and training.
/liliExcellent communication and organizational abilities.
