/ph3Your role /h3pAs Quality Manager you will report directly to the Plant Quality Manager and will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards.
/ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliTrack and review internal Quality performance-KPIs (e.g., waste, rework, costs); /liliEnd of line and Process tests; /liliFinished product Quality Assurance; /liliInvestigating and troubleshooting quality related product or production issues; /liliPreparation, execution and follow-up of internal process or system audits.
/li /ulh3Main requirements:
/h3ulliYou have a Degree in Engineering /liliYou have at least 4years ofexperience in a complex environmentas Quality Engineer /liliBe able to read and visualize technical drawings /liliGood knowledge of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 whys, root cause analysis, ...) /liliGood Knowledge of Ms Office /liliBasics of Statistics /liliYou have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too!
/liliPeople Management /liliYou do not see problems, you just see solutions - and you are great in solving problems!
