What You'll Do:
Support Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide clear, accurate, and friendly assistance with a customer-first mindset.

Help improve internal processes and communication flow.
What Were Looking For:
Native or fluent Danish speaker with excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Customer support experience is beneficial but not required.
