The position is covered by the #39;CCNL Commercio e Terziario#39; (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes an Annual Gross Variable Salary, eligibility for a company car, meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
/ppbr / /ppstrongRole and responsibilities /strong /ppIn this role, you will lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals working across multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
Your primary focus will be to support people#39;s growth, foster engagement,



and ensure the right balance between individual career aspirations and business needs, while maintaining the technical credibility needed to understand the team#39;s work and guide informed decisions.
/ppbr / /ppYou will be responsible for: /ppbr / /pulliLeading, mentoring and developing a team of infrastructure professionals working across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises technologies.
/liliActing as the primary point of reference for the professional growth of team members, supporting career development, skills evolution and long-term engagement.
/liliDefining, monitoring and reviewing individual development plans, including career paths, skills assessments, training initiatives and certification plans.
/liliConducting performance reviews, regular one-to-one meetings and continuous feedback sessions, while effectively managing sensitive situations such as underperformance, conflicts, disengagement or career change requests.
/liliCoordinating team workload, resource allocation, bench management and vacation planning in collaboration with Service and Delivery Managers to ensure an effective balance between business priorities and people#39;s wellbeing.
/liliSupporting the recruitment and onboarding process by defining hiring needs, participating in technical and behavioural interviews, and facilitating the successful integration of new team members.
/liliPromoting both vertical and horizontal career growth, identifying future technical leaders and supporting succession planning.
/liliMonitoring team engagement, organizational climate and retention risks, proactively identifying potential issues such as burnout or turnover and defining appropriate action plans.




/liliCollaborating closely with Service and Delivery Managers to align project needs, business priorities and resource availability while ensuring employees#39; professional aspirations are considered.
/liliProviding technical guidance to understand the team#39;s challenges and support informed career and organizational decisions, without necessarily being involved in day-to-day technical operations.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppbr / /pulliPrevious experience as a People Manager, Team Lead, Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within Infrastructure or IT organizations.
/liliSolid understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform); familiarity with on-premises infrastructure technologies (networking, virtualization and storage) is considered a strong advantage.
/liliProven experience in people management, including performance evaluations, development planning, coaching, conflict resolution and handling sensitive employee conversations.
/liliExperience supporting recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and retention of technical professionals.
/liliStrong ability to assess organizational climate, foster employee engagement and proactively manage retention and turnover risks.
/liliExcellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills, with a collaborative and empathetic leadership style.
/liliAbility to balance business priorities with individual development needs while working closely with Service and Delivery Managers.
/liliFluent English (minimum B2/C1 level), both written and spoken, in an international working environment.
