Overview
In this role you will help drive design efficiency for state-of-the-art NAND memory designs by developing tools and flows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve pre-silicon quality and support end-users with new methods. You'll explore AI-assisted automation and copilot-based workflows to optimize circuit simulation and verification. This position offers a chance to shape next-generation memory technology within Micron's Central Engineering NAND Enablement Team in Italy.

Responsabilità
Develop tools, flows and methodologies to improve design efficiency and quality of NAND memory designs
Provide training, documentation,



and support to end-users on new tools and methods
Collaborate with design, verification, layout teams and EDA vendors
Implement agentic AI-assisted flows and automation for circuit simulation and verification
Requisiti fondamentali
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent programming fundamentals
Experience in circuit simulation
Unix and shell scripting experience (highly preferred)
2-5 years of related work experience
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Strong communication
Team collaboration in global cross-functional settings
