Responsabilità
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
Provide technical support and expertise for Industrial Automation solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful solution implementation
Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
Stay updated with industry trends and provide improvement recommendations
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, mathematics)
2–3 years of proven field service engineering experience in gas detection
Strong knowledge of gas detection instruments and Industrial Automation technologies
Experience in project management and execution
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
Fluent in English and Italian
