Responsabilità
Lead and coach a team of Field Service Engineers across territories
Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services
Drive performance via KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement
Maintain safety, policy, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support,
and Logistics for seamless service delivery
Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point
Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills
Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing
Requisiti fondamentali
Formal engineering qualification in a related field
Proven experience managing field service teams in a technical/engineering environment
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
