ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liProvide bpre-sales technical support /b to Sales Managers, distributors, installers, EPCs and key customers, including product selection, system configuration and technical solutions.
/li liDeliver bafter-sales technical support /b, troubleshooting installation, commissioning, communication, software and product-related issues.
/li liBuild and maintain strong technical relationships with key customers through regular meetings, visits and project support.
/li liSupport bnew product launches, technical training, webinars, workshops and customer events /b in the Italian market.
/li liCollect and communicate bcustomer requirements, market feedback and recurring technical issues /b to Product and RD teams.
/li liSupport blocal product testing and validation /b, including firmware, software, compatibility and system integration testing.
/li liMaintain and localise technical documentation such as manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and training materials.
/li liWork closely with Sales, Product, Service and RD teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and product issues.
/li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or above in bElectrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Automation /b or a related technical field.
/li liRelevant experience in bsolar PV, inverter, battery energy storage or renewable energy systems /b is highly preferred.
/li liGood understanding of PV systems, inverters, batteries, electrical systems and system commissioning.
/li liPrevious experience in technical support, field service, application engineering or pre-sales engineering is preferred.
/li liStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
/li liComfortable communicating directly with installers, distributors, EPCs and professional customers.
/li liStrong customer-service mindset and ability to manage technical issues independently.
/li liGood communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
/liliWillingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe.
/li libFluent Italian and good English skills /b are required.
xlwpduy Chinese is preferred.
