Overview
In this role you ensure the project scope of supply meets quality contractual requirements and collaborate with the Project Manager to manage risks and mitigate defects. You own quality plans, coordinate inspections, and drive KPI-focused execution to satisfy customers. You will manage non-conformances, report quality performance, and aim for zero punch lists at shipment. This position sits within the Quality Management function at Baker Hughes, contributing to safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery in a global energy context.

Responsabilità
Create quality plans aligned with standard templates and regulatory/certification needs
Own quality requirements to enable effective project execution and KPI tracking
Issue and maintain the Inspection Activity Plan; coordinate inspections with Baker Hughes facilities and suppliers
Communicate project-related information to internal and external customers and build relationships
Manage non-conformances and concessions; perform root-cause analysis when required
Prepare and present quality performance reports to leadership and customers
Monitor the scope-of-supply punch list to drive zero punch list at shipment
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in Quality in manufacturing and construction
Strong oral and written communication
