Requisiti fondamentaliSignificant experience in full-cycle recruitment
Ability to act as a trusted talent acquisition partner
Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
