Job description
Our client is a dynamic and constantly growing company in theresidential constructionsector.
To strengthen the team, we are looking for a key figure who will directly support the owner in the daily management of orders and clients.
The Role
The person will join with a dynamic and cross-functional role, operating between technical and commercial management, becoming thepoint of reference for the clientin every phase of the project, ensuring that the clients' wishes become reality.
Main responsibilities:
Client Management:Manage the relationship from the first contact to delivery, responding promptly and professionally to requests (including daily email communications).
Consulting and Finishes:Guide and support the client in choosing finishes and materials, combining technical skills with a strong aesthetic sense.
Work Progress:Monitor the progress of construction sites, acting as a bridge between client requests and practical execution.
Directional Support:Assist the owner in commercial activities and strategic management of the client portfolio.
The Ideal Profile
This opportunity is aimed at ayoung Architect (or surveyor/building engineer)with a strong commercial inclination and a passion for interior design and residential construction.
Required qualifications:
Education:Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent technical background.
Cross-functional skills:Strong commercial skills, empathy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization:Precision, excellent time management, and ability to manage written communication (email).
Passion:Strong interest in the residential real estate sector, interior finishes, and the construction site world.
Mobility:Driving license B and willingness to travel in the area (Mantova and the first outskirts up to about 40km from Mantova)
What is offered
Employment:Permanent employment contract.
Remuneration:Gross Annual Salary (RAL) between €35,000 and €38,000, commensurate with actual experience.
Incentives:Commission plan / sales bonus under definition.

Mantova and province, Verona and province, Lake Garda area.
