/p h3What you do on a daily basis /h3 ul libDesign high-fidelity interfaces /b for websites, apps, and digital products, ensuring a perfect balance between aesthetics and usability.
/li libSupport the creation and maintenance of Design Systems /b, ensuring visual consistency across all client touchpoints.
/li libCollaborate closely with UX designers and developers /b to transform wireframes and concepts into polished, production-ready layouts.
/li libUse AI-powered design tools /b to speed up your workflow, from asset generation to layout optimization and exploring new visual styles.
/li libManage design hand-offs with precision /b, providing clear documentation and ready-to-use assets for the development team via bFigma /b.
/li libParticipate in creative brainstorming sessions /b, contributing fresh visual ideas and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.
/li libWork iteratively on designs /b based on feedback from senior designers, stakeholders, and user testing data.

/b /p h3Who you are /h3 pYou are a bMid/Sr UI Designer (5-7 years of experience) /b with a keen eye for detail and a passion for clean, modern design.
You have worked on digital projects and understand that a great interface must be both beautiful and intuitive.
You are bproactive, curious /b, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
You have a bmobile-first mindset /b and a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
You are comfortable working in a team, welcome feedback as an opportunity for growth, and are excited about how bArtificial Intelligence /b is transforming the design process.
/p h3Mandatory Technical Skills /h3 ul liExcellent mastery of Figma: Components, auto-layout, and prototyping are your daily bread.




/li liSolid UI fundamentals: Typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
/li liFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite: Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset preparation.
/li liHands-on experience with AI tools: Curiosity or experience in using generative AI (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI plugins) to empower the creative process.
/li liUnderstanding of Web Accessibility (WCAG): Sensitivity in designing inclusive interfaces for every type of user.
/li liBasic understanding of ecommerce logic (purchase funnel, conversion rate, cross/up-sell) /li liExperience with A/B testing on ecommerce /li liFamiliarity with CMS platforms /li liPortfolioshowing polished UI work, personal projects, or internship experiences.

IVA /b /li libPrototyping Skills: /b Ability to create advanced interactive prototypes to test ideas before they hit development.

/li libAI Curious: /b Previous experience (or a strong interest) in using AI tools like bMidjourney, Adobe Firefly, or ChatGPT /b to optimize the design workflow.
/li liGood knowledge of bEnglish (B2 level or higher) /b.
/li liCompensation and professional category will be based on the candidate's actual experience and will fall within the following ranges: /li li€28,000–€33,000 gross annual salary (RAL) in the case of an employment contract /li li€38,000–€45,000 gross annual compensation in the case of a freelance / VAT-registered contractor /li liWorking hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. /li liThe initial contract will have a duration of 6 to 12 months, with the aim of developing the collaboration into a stable, long-term employment relationship.
