Overview
In this role you will oversee indirect sales activities within the Rome area, coordinating partner efforts to drive business growth. You will work with partners across Toscana, Marche, and Umbria to set strategic plans, expand the partner network, and support complex deals. You'll analyze performance data and market intelligence to optimize results and participate in major negotiations. This position offers a direct impact on expanding the indirect channel and strengthening partner relationships.
Responsabilità
Achieve sales targets for the assigned Partner
Set and implement mid-long term business plan to support Partners' growth
Develop new partners
Develop and strengthen business relationships with the Partners and their organization
Support Partners in the development of the commercial proposal for complex deals
Monitor and analyze the Account data (sell-out, stock etc.) and optimize continuous business performance
Analyze and prepare commercial and market intelligence documentation
Participate together with the Partners to main negotiations
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in economics
5 years experience in the role (indirect sales)
Good knowledge of English Language
Business Acumen
