Overview
As part of Unilever Food Solutions Italy, you will translate business strategy into disciplined commercial execution and profitable growth. You will align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Development to drive the PUSH agenda and deploy the PULL growth model. You'll own end-to-end planning, forecasting, pricing, and trade investments while enabling cross-functional decision-making. This role offers impact at scale within a global, equity-driven culture and an opportunity to shape commercial excellence.

Responsabilità
Lead the annual commercial planning process and sales execution framework
Own the S&OP; and forecasting process ensuring demand-supply alignment
Drive Net Revenue Management across pricing, portfolio, mix, promotions, and trade investments
Develop and implement customer and channel strategies for profitable growth
Leverage sell-out insights to optimize promotions and growth
Lead commercial performance reviews to identify opportunities and drive accountability
Enable sales with analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools
Govern commercial investments and allocate resources effectively
Drive cross-functional alignment for flawless execution of priorities
Support innovation and renovation through strong activation and execution
Build capabilities and processes to improve commercial effectiveness and route-to-market performance
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 5 years in Net Revenue Management (NRM) and Trade Marketing Investment (TMI) in FMCG
Demonstrated experience in forecasting, commercial planning and execution
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (Power BI, Microsoft Excel) and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Strong leadership with ability to influence, collaborate with and manage diverse stakeholders
Interest in the Food industry
Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative and inclusive approach
Fluency in Italian and English
