A rooftop solar and heat pump installation company in the Piedmont region is hiring a PV Installation Team Leader to own the full installation process end to end. What you'll do:- Supervise and mentor a small team of installers, running team meetings and on-the-job training- Build and manage the installation schedule, optimising routes and calendars, and communicating timelines to clients- Coordinate subcontractors and external partners when extra hands are needed on site- Own materials planning
