/liliDevelop and maintain standard planning assumptions using internal and external benchmarks, data and subject-matter expertise.
/liliEnsure alignment between RD costs, workload projections and strongProbability of Technical and Regulatory Success (PTRS) /strong assessments for internal projects and external opportunities.
/liliCollaborate with project teams and RD Performance Management to coordinate and maintain the project PTRS update process.
/liliEnsure the integrity, accuracy and ongoing maintenance of the strongEnterprise Project Portfolio Management system (Planisware) /strong and other reporting and business intelligence tools.

/liliSupport the development and maintenance of processes and tools used to assess and prioritise RD projects.
/liliWork closely with Global Strategy and Franchise teams to support portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions.
/liliProvide data-driven insights into pipeline composition, value, resource requirements and strategic opportunities.

/liliProvide reliable analyses on the value, composition and strategic outlook of the RD pipeline.
/liliTranslate complex portfolio and financial data into clear insights and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongWhat you will need /strong /pulliDegree in strongManagement Engineering, Business Economics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Development or a related discipline /strong.
/liliAlternatively, a degree in a scientific discipline combined with an strongMBA or significant relevant industry experience /strong.
/liliPrevious experience within strongpharmaceutical or biotech RD /strong, Product Innovation, Portfolio Management,
RD Planning or a related function.
/liliStrong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, project management, portfolio management and performance management.
/liliProven experience in strongRD strategy, portfolio planning, resource management or business planning /strong within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
/liliStrong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with experience in forecasting, modelling and scenario analysis.
/liliAdvanced strongMicrosoft Excel /strong skills and confidence working with complex datasets and financial models.
/liliExperience working with Enterprise Project Portfolio Management systems, ERP platforms and Business Intelligence tools.
/liliStrong understanding of data analytics and the opportunities presented by digital transformation.
/liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across RD, Finance, Strategy and other functions.
