We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced field application engineer, system engineer, or support engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Network, Cloud, Infrastructure and Linux technologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The position will involve working with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as providing technical support and training.
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux systems.
Provide technical support to customers.
Develop and deliver technical training.
Write technical documentation.
Work with other engineers to design and implement new solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Network, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Linux technologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
