Your role

Address any concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Add insider tips, thoughtful upgrades, and surprise touches that elevate the experience.
Support clients from the first conversation through their return and post?trip feedback.
What you bring
Outstanding communication and people skills.
Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple requests.
Comfort learning new online platforms and booking systems quickly.
Experience inhospitality or travel a plus but not mandatory
