Responsabilità
Identify issues and develop hypotheses for client problems
Design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations
Lead lean construction project implementations
Develop short- and long-term capability-building plans for client leadership and project teams
Collaborate with European teams to align strategies with clients' objectives
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring programs
Requisiti fondamentali
Master's degree and exceptional academics
Broad experience in capital excellence topics (capital projects, capital management systems, real estate, infrastructure, construction)
Leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
Willingness to take on European assignments during the work week
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and local office language
