About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive VP Sales Assistant who is interested in working in an international environment and enjoys supporting business activities at a senior level, working closely with the Sales Vice President. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership within a global organization and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where initiative, commitment, and continuous improvement are encouraged and recognized.
Your Tasks In this role, you will support a senior executive with global responsibilities, ensuring smooth operational coordination and acting as a trusted organizational partner.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing calendars, priorities, and scheduling for the VP.
- Organizing international and domestic travel, logistics, and documentation.
- Preparing, proofreading, and coordinating documents, presentations, and sensitive communications.
- Ensuring effective follow-up on actions, deadlines, and internal workflows.
- Acting as the point of contact between the VP and internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the Business Development and Sales teams in their activities and projects.
- Coordinating the collection of information and the submission of mandatory reports, surveys, and statistical declarations (e.g., ISTAT), liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in executive assistance, administration, office management or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); knowledge of an additional European language is considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong digital literacy and document management skills, including Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
We offer
- Permanent employment contract, C2 level, under the chemical-pharmaceutical industry collective agreement
- Salary range: from €36,000 to €40,000 to be pro-rated for a 75% part-time schedule
