What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Brand Coordinator to join our team in direct support of the Reporting to the Brand &
Experience Manager.
The Brand
Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of the company's brand identity across all communication channels. The role oversees brand content creation, visual storytelling, and the development of marketing collateral, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to strengthen brand awareness and support business objectives.
Key Activities
- Brand Communication: Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all Arsenale communication channels and materials, maintaining alignment with the company's positioning and values.
- Content Management: Coordinate the development and distribution of brand content, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with communication objectives.
- Brand Storytelling:
Develop compelling brand narratives that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth across international, national, and local markets.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on branding and communication activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with digital, social media, marketing, sales, and partnerships teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives and commercial priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Branding, Marketing, Communications, or a related role, ideally within a dynamic and international environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages, such as French, are a plus).
- Proven experience in brand management and corporate communication.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail and execution capabilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common marketing and communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

- Annual gross salary ranging from € 30.000 to €35.000
