Overview
As Sales Manager Automation, you will drive growth for our intralogistics automation business across EMEA by leveraging your established network and leading key client engagements. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract, while coordinating with engineering, project management and service teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will stay ahead of industry trends and represent the company at events to expand our market presence. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping automation solutions for pallets, AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs and related systems across industries.

Responsabilità
Drive regional sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the client base
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, and institutions in the intralogistics automation market
Deep understanding of automated intralogistics solutions (pallets/bins, AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle, conveyors, picking systems) and their applications
Analyze customer needs and tailor automation solutions accordingly
Consult customers to select optimal solutions considering throughput, space, and budget
Lead full project sales cycle from lead to contract using a value-based approach
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners for seamless delivery
Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline, and KPI tracking to meet order intake targets
Stay informed on industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and participate in relevant events to promote solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven track record in sales/business development or solution selling, preferably in intralogistics automation
Strong network in intralogistics automation with customers, consultants, and institutions
In-depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions and applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess needs and propose solutions
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team with good organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel within the region
Fluency in English; German is a plus
