Own integrated marketing planning for the Italian market, turning central direction and local insights into a cohesive plan and shared calendar
Synthesize performance data and market intelligence to inform priorities and validate assumptions
Maintain the shared marketing calendar as the single source of truth and ensure alignment with strategy and objectives
Monitor deliverables against objectives, consolidate marketing investment visibility, and run post-campaign reviews for actionable learnings
Influence cross-functional teams and arbitrate conflicting local and central priorities across initiatives
