Overview
In this role you will lead Southern Europe operations for Saint Laurent, focusing on compliant, sustainable store processes and efficient stock management. You will partner with store management to ensure consistent customer experience and execute omni-channel rollouts. You will oversee inventories, maintenance contracts, and new openings or relocations, driving turnover and space optimization. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast-paced luxury environment with travel across Southern Europe. You will influence operational standards and contribute to the brand's premium, cohesive retail experience.

Responsabilità
Support day-to-day store operations in Southern Europe
Ensure brand policies and procedures are implemented and respected
Monitor customer service to deliver excellent experience and consistency across stores
Manage regional stock shrinkage by location and take corrective actions
Plan, execute,



and follow up on omni-channel rollouts in the region
Prepare and follow up inventories to ensure product turnover and space allocation
Manage maintenance suppliers and contracts
Lead operations for new openings, relocations, seasonal openings/closures
Work with H&S; to implement and improve regulations in stores
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years in retail operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
Experience in stock management and administrative tasks
Excellent project management skills
Excellent English skills (written and verbal); Spanish a plus
MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal and organizational follow-up skills
Commitment to participate in an innovative project
Precise with strong organizational and prioritization abilities
High availability, responsive
Ability and flexibility to travel within Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal)
