Responsabilità
Drive Environmental, Health and Safety programs and regulatory compliance
Act as liaison with local and national regulatory authorities
Lead EHS training for employees and management
Investigate EHS incidents and drive corrective actions to closure
Provide project updates to management and maintain cross-functional communications
Manage consultants/contractors, including scope, budgeting, and performance
Ensure work is assigned and results are validated
Collaborate with site management and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor or Master in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering; RSPP certification
Min 5 years in an EHS role in R&D;/manufacturing
Knowledge of Italian EHS legislation and auditing
Experience with EHS auditing and recommending corrective actions
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Italian and English fluency
Willingness to travel occasionally
