Responsabilità
Oversee end-to-end cost management from budget development to project closeout
Collaborate with project teams to estimate costs, track expenses, and produce financial reports
Perform cost analyses and recommend budget optimization strategies
Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to cost controls
Identify risks, propose mitigations, and monitor their implementation
Foster relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies
Requisiti fondamentali
Strong English skills; Italian advantageous
5 years' experience in Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Industrial, Data Centres or related facilities for Cost Management; 10+ years for Senior Cost Manager
Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement
Experience with multiple estimating tools and applications (team management or use of such tools)
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and databases
Collaborative, client- and stakeholder-focused, with strong organizational skills
Proven cost/commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment
