Responsabilità
Coordinate daily production and automation activities to align with plans and quality standards
Organize preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical team to minimize downtime
Collaborate with suppliers and engineering to implement new automated procedures and diagnose issues
Manage attendance, leave, overtime,
and shift planning to ensure continuity
Track production data and automation systems, escalating complex technical issues
Ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety regulations
Supervise and upskill production and maintenance staff; support interdepartmental communication and HR-driven actions
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or Management)
1–3 years of industrial production/maintenance experience with leadership roles
Deep knowledge of production processes
Proficiency in management software and reporting tools
Leadership and team management
Problem-solving
Excellent organizational and planning abilities
Automation systems knowledge
Preventive and corrective maintenance planning
Production data tracking and analysis
