Overview
As Product Manager for Low Voltage Distribution, you own the LV Switchgears portfolio across EMEA, guiding lifecycle, market needs, and profitability. You will align product strategy with regional opportunities and global priorities, shaping go-to-market plans and driving technical sales enablement. You'll collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to optimize timing, quality, and support across the lifecycle. This role offers impact in a growing, cross-functional environment focused on delivering reliable LV switchgear solutions.
Responsabilità
Manage the full lifecycle of the LV Switchgears portfolio, including NPDI, extensions, updates, rationalization, and phase-in/phase-out planning
Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements from sales, consultants, contractors, distributors, and end users
Define voice-of-customer requirements and support business cases for new developments and enhancements
Research market trends, demand drivers, specifications, and competitor positioning in LV switchgear markets
Develop regional go-to-market plans and support sales/marketing strategies for revenue and profitability
Manage portfolio profitability, pricing guidance, forecast assumptions, and corrective actions
Support sales with technical positioning, product education, and competitive comparisons for major projects
Prepare technical presentations, training, launch materials, and sales enablement collateral
Coordinate with operations, engineering,
and supply chain to improve lead time, availability, quality, and lifecycle support
Collaborate with consultants/contractors with Technical Sales to secure project specifications
Attend trade shows and events to enhance market visibility and gather intelligence
Provide updates to senior management on product performance, market developments, and pipeline quality
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred
?5 years' experience in product management, technical marketing, application engineering, or strategic business development in power distribution or related markets
Strong knowledge of LV switchgear technologies and customer/procurement practices
Ability to translate customer needs into roadmaps and business cases
Strong commercial acumen for growth, profitability, pricing, and prioritization
English business proficiency (C1)
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical/commercial presentations
Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/planning tools
Motivated, professional, self-driven, goal-oriented
Willingness to travel across the region
