In this role you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects within the EPC framework. You will manage cross?functional project teams and ensure schedules, budgets, and procurement align with goals. You will oversee risk, compliance, and stakeholder reporting, driving continuous improvement. Responsabilità
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of renewable projects
Manage engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for effective collaboration
Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Oversee procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships




Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning
Ensure HSE and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle
Monitor progress and report to senior management
Manage contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions
Identify process improvements and foster continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali
In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project management methodologies
Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable projects within EPC
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Advanced use of Microsoft Project
Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
