We are looking for a curious individual with a keen interest in the digital world and a natural aptitude for using and experimenting with technological tools, to join the Group's HR department.
The role is also open to candidates without a strictly HR background, provided they are motivated to work on systems, data and digital projects that support people and business processes.
Duties / Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be involved in operational and project-based activities relating to the management and development of internal HR digital systems, with a particular focus on:
Supporting the development and evolution of an HR chatbot project;
Implementing, maintaining and updating internal systems;
Providing user support and managing operations via ticketing platforms;
Providing helpdesk support to internal users on how to use HR systems;
Daily interaction with external consultants and company stakeholders;
Collaborating with international teams on cross-country coordination of management systems;

Required qualifications
A bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in Digital Innovation, Management or a related field);
Excellent knowledge of Excel;
A keen interest in the digital world and information systems;
A practical, problem-solving approach;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Knowledge of French or German would be an advantage;
