Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end power architectures for strategic markets, translating customer needs into practical solutions and platform concepts. You will collaborate across product, systems, applications, and field teams to shape reference designs and evaluation plans that align with ADI's portfolio. You'll convert customer insights into actionable design inputs and create reusable technical collateral to enable field teams and customers. This position offers impact by advancing system-level power solutions for aerospace, defence, and communications systems, bridging engineering with real-world applications.

Responsabilità
Define end-to-end power architectures covering conversion, distribution, protection, isolation, sequencing, telemetry, efficiency, thermal, EMI/EMC, reliability, and control
Translate requirements into solution proposals, power trees, reference architectures, evaluation plans, and product feedback
Support architecture and application reviews for strategic opportunities ensuring practical, manufacturable solutions aligned with portfolio direction
Collaborate with product, systems, applications, marketing, BD, sales, field teams, and customers to identify requirements and address questions
Create reusable technical collateral (design guides, simulations, evaluation concepts, reference design inputs, training material, customer presentations)
Capture customer and competitive insights to inform product planning, solution strategy, and field enablement
Communicate findings, trade-offs, and application impact through documentation, reviews, workshops, and presentations
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's/PhD preferred
7+ years of experience in defining or influencing system-level power requirements
Strong understanding of power conversion, distribution, protection, isolation, thermal trade-offs, EMI/EMC, reliability, safety, and system design constraints
Background as systems architect, power designer, or lead systems designer
Experience with low-voltage, high-current power in mixed-signal systems is valuable
Strong communication skills and customer presence; willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Hands-on familiarity with lab tools (oscilloscopes, electronic loads, spectrum or network analyzers) and software (Python, LabVIEW)
