Overview
In this role you drive new business revenue from a SaaS license model by planning accounts and territories, researching prospect customers, and executing strategic field sales. You will build and map relationships with C-suite stakeholders and orchestrate an cross-functional account strategy to advance ServiceNow's IT and AI-enabled offerings. You help customers see how ServiceNow can shape their IT roadmap and unlock business value. Responsabilità
Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas across product sales
Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and orchestrate a cross-functional account strategy
Act as trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business and advising on the IT roadmap
Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into deals at the right time
Generate new business and manage end-to-end sales activities within defined prospects/territories/verticals
Requisiti fondamentali
7+ years of software or solutions sales experience
Experience establishing trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain C-Level relationships
Experience achieving sales targets
Ability to understand the bigger picture and IT plans
Experience promoting a customer success focus in a team environment
Experience integrating or considering AI in work processes or decision-making
Relationship-building with senior stakeholders
Strategic thinking and business acumen
Negotiation and deal-closing
SaaS sales experience
Experience with AI in business contexts (AI-powered tools, workflows, insights)
Understanding of IT roadmaps and enterprise IT planning
