Overview
In this role you ensure service levels for spare parts supply and guide customers with product knowledge. You will manage inventory, coordinate with customers and internal teams for spare part handling, and oversee order processing and stock monitoring. Your work supports seamless parts availability for our industrial machinery customers worldwide. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that helps maintain strong service performance and customer satisfaction.

Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma
experience in service or spare parts management within industrial machinery or equipment manufacturing
