/ppIn order to strengthen our bLifestyle Content Production team /b we are looking to hire a bLifestyle Content Production Specialist /b, based in our Milan (Italy) offices.
/ppIn this position, you will be responsible for the management of the planning and the development of content production, exploring talents, production houses, and freelancers.
/ppThe main responsibilities include: /pulliManage content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of all content assets /liliActively participate in planning of content production (internal cross-team meeting with Marketing, Visual Communication, and PR Teams) /liliCoordinate external business partners in presenting proposals and manage the execution, selection, activation, and coordination of them /liliDefine event planning from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectives /liliSupport the manager in location selection, and support site inspections /liliCoordinate the communication of the delivery information and project status to internal teams and clients in a timely manner,
developing and keeping track of timelines and production schedules /liliParticipate in budget coordination and promptly manage the update of the related documentation for every content production /liliCoordinate production plan involving all stakeholders (external suppliers and internal teams) /liliManage, organize and maintain documentation, creative deck, and final assets /li /ulh3Required Profile /h3pIn order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in Communication field or similar, and you will have gained at least 2-4 years dedicated experience in pre- and post-production, talent negotiation, and working cross-team.
/ppBeing up to date with new technologies and trends in software and design and excellent budget management skills are required.
/ppFamiliarity with graphic design or video editing software will be considered as plus.
/ppIn Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured.
You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
/ppYou will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
