Overview
In this role you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining regular contact with an assigned portfolio of existing customers. You will work closely with a collaborative team of Sales Operations Specialists to support needs, strengthen relationships, and ensure smooth processes across diverse clients. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and coordinate licensing support with cross-functional teams. You will drive timely resolution of escalations and deepen industry knowledge to support software publishers. This role offers the chance to influence customer outcomes at scale within a global software and cloud solutions provider.
Responsabilità
Demonstrate sales ability with upselling and cross-selling experience
Analyze customer needs to define cross- and upsell plans
Provide licensing support in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Collaborate with Account Managers, Finance, Back Office,
and Procurement to support end-to-end processes
Drive timely resolution of escalations with customers and internal teams
Develop knowledge of industry trends through training and collaboration with software publishers
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience supporting sales teams to acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships
Strong time management and ability to handle tight deadlines
Excellent relationship-building with clear verbal and written communication
Independent, proactive, and adaptable to change
Professional proficiency in English and Italian
