/li liTranslate strategic priorities into structured project plans, milestones, deliverables, and clear governance.
/li liPrepare decision material, progress updates, and recommendations that help leaders make timely and informed decisions.
/li liFacilitate workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder dialogues to create alignment and drive progress.
/li liSupport change management efforts related to strategic initiatives, new ways of working, and organizational transformation.
/li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pQualifications Experience /p ul liBachelor's or master's degree in international business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
/li liSeveral years of experience in a global organization, managing cross?functional projects.
/li liStrong project management skills, experience in strategy execution, and a practical understanding of transformation and change management.
/li liEffective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and large audiences.
/li liStructured thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
/li liExperience in change management and working in matrixed environments.
