Overview
As an Account Director, you will drive new logo acquisition across Southern Europe, managing end-to-end sales in enterprise markets. You will build and own a regional pipeline, engage cross-functional teams, and forecast opportunities to hit quota. Your work will shape IDC's technology insights positioning for end users and influence decision-makers at the executive level. Responsabilità
Identify and win new logo customers across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Southern Europe.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles and qualify opportunities to close deals.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to fuel sales efforts.
Maintain accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and manage the regional pipeline.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies.
Initiate campaigns to grow pipeline and revenue.
Requisiti fondamentali
8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record in strategic account management and expansion
Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
Bi-lingual Italian and English; Spanish or French a plus
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Willingness to travel up to 40% and operate in a hybrid work environment
Strong presentation, negotiation, and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IDC units and global solutions teams
