ppDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /ppWe are looking for an experienced, energetic and hands?on Restaurant Manager to lead the daily front?of?house operation and ensure a welcoming, professional and consistently high-quality guest experience.
/ph3Key responsibilities include: /h3ulliDaily Operations: Manage the day?to?day restaurant operation and ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently.
/liliTeam Management: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and development of the restaurant team and prepare effective staff schedules.
/liliService Leadership: Lead the front?of?house team by example and maintain high standards of service, presentation and professionalism.
/liliKitchen , Restaurant Coordination: Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth communication and seamless service between front and back of house.
/liliGuest Experience: Welcome guests, monitor satisfaction and respond quickly and professionally to any concerns or special requests.
/liliTraining , Team Culture: Coach and motivate employees while creating a positive, respectful and team?oriented working environment.
/liliOperational Controls: Manage POS procedures, daily sales reporting,



cash controls and restaurant inventory.
/liliSafety , Hygiene: Ensure all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are consistently maintained.
/liliRestaurant Presentation: Ensure the restaurant, bar and guest areas are always well presented and ready for service.
/li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliProven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor, preferably in a busy quality restaurant, resort or hospitality environment.
/liliStrong hospitality and customer-service mindset.
/liliExcellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
/liliComfortable working in a fast?paced environment and solving problems as they arise.
/liliExperience with POS systems, inventory controls and daily sales reconciliation.
/liliHands?on, energetic and able to lead by example.
/liliFluent in English, Dutch, Spanish and/or Papiamentu are an advantage.
/liliValid Certificate of Good Conduct.
/liliValid driving license preferred.
/liliProfessional, representative and a strong team player.
