Corporate Strategy & Business Development ManagerThe selected candidate will report to the Head of the function and lead a team of professionals, contributing to the development and execution of the Group's growth strategy through strategic initiatives and corporate transactions at both national and international level.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage M&A; transactions and other strategic initiatives, including Joint Ventures, industrial partnerships and special projects.
Conduct market assessments, competitive intelligence activities and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities and strategic trends;
Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
Develop business plans, financial models and valuation analyses to support investment and strategic decision-making.
Support the negotiation of transaction agreements and coordinate activities related to regulatory and governmental approval processes.
Drive and monitor post-merger integration activities,
ensuring the realization of synergies and value creation objectives.
Prepare strategic analyses, reports and executive presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.
Requirements:Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, M&A;, Investment Banking or Management Consulting.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, business planning and company valuation.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent command of the English language.
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively in international and highly regulated environments.

Compensation Package:Executive-level employment contract (Quadro), with a salary range between€80,000 and €100,000 gross annual salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
