/p h3Your role: /h3 pAs a bSolution Analyst /b, you will be part of our global SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project team, contributing to the design and implementation of the state-of-the-art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure (SI).
Your day-to-day activities will include defining requirements and user stories for the new SF RCA CPQ solution, supporting integrations and information management across Siemens SI IT applications, including interfaces with ERP and other systems, and close collaboration with the agile team, Product Owner, Solution Architect, Product Manager, and Development Team to strengthen the connection between business needs and IT solutions.
/p h3You'll make an impact by: /h3 ul liWorking towards identifying and eliciting the SI CPQ business needs; /li liResearching, planning, and explaining to PO's and developers what is required and overseeing the progress and the quality of the project; /li liWorking with the business and acting as a bridge towards the IT team; /li liWorking closely with the SI 3S CPQ architect to come up with smart and efficient IT solutions; /li liBreaking down the business features into workable, manageable user stories; /li liWork in an Agile Safe framework; /li liSupporting evolving the functional solution architecture.
/li /ul h3What makes you a great match: /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liMultiple years' experience with Salesforce CPQ+ (preferably with RCA/ARM)
as a solutions consultant or user; /li liKnowledge of SFDC development and or Admin will be considered a plus; /li liMultiple experience in defining features and user stories in at least one large-scale SDLC international project, preferably in the space of CPQ; /li liExperience presenting to PO's or other decision makers design solutions and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical); /li liOrchestrating different internal and external teams on topics like interfaces/processes ending up in a common agreed solution; /li liExperience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environnement; /li liExperience in Siemens processes, preferably in the Sales environment; /li liStrong focus on meeting Siemens quality guidelines (for both product and processes); /li liStrong team player and experience in international environment; /li liA pragmatic mindset with output orientation /li /ul h3What you'll vantaggi from: /h3 pAt Siemens, we foster a results-driven and trust-based environment, offering a flexible hybrid working model that supports both performance and work-life balance.
