The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing systems at customer sites, training users, and supporting internal validation and repair activities.Responsabilities:Performs on-site installation of new systems at the customer's location; Performs periodic maintenance on internal systems and customer systems at their locations; Provides support (both at Cosmic and on-site)
for installed systems; Processes incoming returns from customers; Updates companydatabases with technical findings from the work performed; Reports customer feedback and new requests to the Customer Support Manager; Provide internal support to the Bring-up and Failure Analysis team for:Validation/repair of ATE componentsValidation/repair of interface board componentsConduct training for customers at our headquarters or at their facilitiesRequirements:High school diploma in electronics or related field.Experience, even minimal, in electronic systems assembly and repair; knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum level B1)willingness to travel an average of 25%–30% of the days in the yearWe offer attractive and competitive remuneration based on experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
