ResponsabilitàBuild and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Manage a portfolio of existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Serve as the primary client contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Prepare, present, and manage insurance proposals, endorsements, and renewals
Conduct risk and insurance program reviews and recommend cost-effective solutions
Design, build, and implement comprehensive risk and insurance programs
Identify emerging client needs to inform new product and service development
Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate errors or omissions
Requisiti fondamentali10+ years in a senior account management role with business development experience
Registration in the Italian broker register, section B (preferred)
Strong expertise in customer relationship management, consulting, and project management
Analytical, consultative, and solution-oriented approach to client needs
Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
English proficiency (preferred)
Ability to travel nationally up to 50%
