As a Senior Product Engineer I, you design and deploy scalable SaaS solutions for a global learning platform. You join a cross-functional team to push EdTech boundaries with near-zero handovers, turning ideas from whiteboard concepts into production software. You'll tackle complex technical challenges and influence the product's architecture and performance. This role offers impact on a growing platform that shapes how workforces learn and grow, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and collaboration.

Responsabilità
Design, implement, and deploy scalable software for the global SaaS platform
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to translate concepts into features
Maintain code quality through clean, well-documented code and peer reviews




Refactor code to reduce technical debt and improve performance
Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to ensure a smooth user experience
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to stay aligned
Requisiti fondamentali
4+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong Golang experience (essential); background in Java, Python, or JS/Node is a plus
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes
DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
Automated testing and familiarity with testing frameworks
