pbRole description /b /ppThe mission of the Expert Regulatory Office is to ensure that Habasit products, materials, documentation, and customer-facing compliance statements meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
/ppbr/ppbYour main challenges /b /ppRegulatory compliance and product documentation /pp- Assess regulatory requirements relevant to Habasit products, materials, and applications, /ppincluding food-contact, chemical, environmental, and customer-specific compliance requirements where applicable.
/pp- Prepare, review, maintain, and approve regulatory documents such as declarations, compliance statements, certificates, questionnaire responses, and internal regulatory assessments.
/ppCustomer, sales, and application support /pp- Provide expert responses to regulatory questions from Sales, Customer Care, Product Management, and technical experts.
/pp- Clarify customer requirements, interpret regulatory requests, and provide pragmatic guidance on what Habasit can confirm, certify, or clarify.
/ppRegulatory monitoring and risk management /pp- Monitor relevant regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on Habasit /ppproducts, materials, suppliers, and customer industries.
/ppSystems, processes,



and continuous improvement /pp- Maintain regulatory records, document repositories, templates, databases, and workflows in a structured and audit-ready way.
/pp- Improve templates, standard answers, processes, and knowledge-sharing materials to reduce repetition and improve response quality.
/pp- Support digitalization of regulatory documentation and data management, including structured product and material compliance information.
/ppbr/ppbWhat we look for /b /ppYour education and experience /pp- Name degree in chemistry, materials science, polymer science, engineering, regulatory affairs, food-contact materials, or related field, (3 years degree).
/pp- Minimum of 3 years experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance, chemical/material compliance, quality, product development, or a comparable industrial function.
/pp- Experience with food-contact materials, polymer materials, chemical restrictions, safety data, declarations of compliance, supplier documentation, or customer compliance requests is a strong advantage.
/pp- Fluent in Italian (both verbal and written) /pp- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) /pp- Able to travel up to 30% of time /p
