In this role you drive end-to-end inventory planning, from requisition to customer invoicing, supporting internal inquiries and ensuring steady replenishment. You'll set inventory targets and parameters, shaping policy and stock levels in planning systems and ERPs. You will coordinate with operations and buyers to optimize ordering and supplier performance. This position sits within Planning & Fulfillment, contributing to ABB's mission of running what runs the world by enabling efficient, reliable supply chains. You'll work in a collaborative, data-driven environment that values initiative and impact.

Responsabilità
End-to-end inventory planning from requisition to invoicing
Set and maintain inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, replenishment strategies)
in planning systems/ERPs
Coordinate material planning with call-offs and convert requisitions into POs in collaboration with operations buyers
Collaborate with buyers to optimize supplier on-time delivery, MOQ, quality, lead time, and flexibility
Support internal customer service inquiries
Define inventory policies based on segmentation
Requisiti fondamentali
Enhanced knowledge of classic ERP software
Power BI
Office 360
Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
Fluency in Italian and English
