/p h3Your mission /h3 pAs a MoorMaster Service Product Engineer, you will support customers worldwide using tools such as JIRA, Salesforce, MS Office, and remote access solutions.
/p pYou will assist field service teams, troubleshoot complex systems, assess warranty cases, and support sales-related technical activities.
/p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 ul liMaintain expert level of assigned products' knowledge and application.
/li liProvide technical expertise in support of improvements to existing product designs and/or propose new products' concepts for further development by engineering.
/li liProvide engineering support to the process of modification of existing products to meet customer requirements, while retaining product function and quality.
/li liAct as a technical liaison between Field Service organization, Engineering and Operations influencing and persuading internal and external customers,



with a proactive and can-do attitude, about the effectiveness of the new design solution proposed.
/li liAssist in resolving design related non conformities, ensuring quality processes are rigorously followed through Eight Disciplines Problem Solving (8D) and remedial actions are implemented by the CoE.
/li liIdentify and propose solutions to elevate any technical or project related risks.
/li liAchieve expected quality standards and delivery time of service products in accordance with contractual obligations and Cavotec standards.
/li liTroubleshoot problems and attempt to identify causes for warranty problems in order to prevent and eradicate repeat occurrences.
/li liCooperate with Field Service organization, Engineering and Sales departments to resolve matters regarding the warranty of sold products/solutions.
/li liSupport the Service Spare Parts Manager in the identification of the spare parts.
/li liSupport the Service Managers in the preparation of the technical document for the Field Service organization to execute the job.
/li liSupport Field Service trouble shooting and diagnostic, propose remedial actions providing technical Customer Service and conducting product training on an as needed basis.




/li liReview and validate the assigned products' documentation including OM manuals.
/li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul liElectrical Engineering degree or equivalent background required; /li liExperience in negotiating international warranty contracts; /li liWorked in a multicultural environment; /li liStrong interpersonal skills; /li liProficient in English /li /ul pLocation: Near Milan (Italy) or near Bergen (Norway) or near Helsinki (Finland) /p h3What we offer /h3 ul liAnnual Salary: €35.
