In this role you will develop and validate analytical methods for protein-based products within Chiesi's Global Product Industrialization team. You'll collaborate across Global TechOp&S; to ensure end-to-end analytical excellence that supports quality and scalable manufacturing. You will tackle method development, optimization, and troubleshooting to enable robust product characterization. Responsabilità
Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute analytical methods for protein-based products
Requisiti fondamentali




8 years of relevant lab experience with protein-based products (or 5 years with PhD)
Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (UV, ELSD, MALS, fluorescence detectors; SDS-PAGE; capillary electrophoresis; immunochemical methods (Western blotting, ELISA); enzymatic reactions; UV spectroscopy; mass spectrometry)
Data analysis and statistical evaluation
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Chromatographic techniques with UV/ELSD/MALS/fluorescence detectors
SDS-PAGE
Capillary electrophoresis
Immunochemical techniques (Western blot, ELISA)
Enzymatic reactions
UV spectroscopy
