In this role you will own and grow Eaton's strategic accounts in Italy, leading specification influence and project wins across the full portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional resources in a matrix environment to shape opportunities, drive pipeline, and secure long-term growth with national and international contractors. You'll engage early with decision makers, deliver compliant solutions, and provide market insights to maximize Eaton's footprint. Responsabilità
Qualify leads, plan territory actions, and proactively pursue strategic opportunities
Engage early with decision makers, conduct discovery, and influence specifications
Manage full opportunity lifecycle including bid decisions, pipeline ownership, and quotes
Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver compliant solutions
Secure specifications and expand business across Eaton's portfolio and channels
Build high-impact relationships, conduct business reviews, leverage market insights, and participate in industry networking
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial & Institutional buildings, electrical installations, or similar
Proven connections with major installers and contractors in the area
Technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
Fluent English (mandatory)
